Poster - preparation

As preparation for my poster i have selected some pictures that i would like to use.
These are my options:

I picked these out as they fit the genre of horror and link with our opening sequence. They are also dark and contain some mystery to it and also includes the objects that inflict fear.

i have decided to pick the second image and in order to create more mystery and darkness i have darkened it.

Looking over at the picture at including it into a poster i have found that i'm not happy with the effect and have used Photoshop to change the image. I have darkened some of the image and highlighted others to give it a black and white contrast. I have also used magic wand to select the eyes and invert one of them into the eyes slot as i thought the eyes would add some sense of reality into the image.
