There are various roles that have to be taken on by my partner and I, the main ones being:

Director: Is Responsible for creating the vision of the film.

Producer: Is Responsible for overseeing the film and making sure everything gets completed.

Screenwriter: Writes the story and script.

Actor/Actress: Works in front of the camera.

Editor: Responsible for editing all the individual shots into scenes and then making this into a cohesive story.

Production designer: Responsible for the location and the feel of the film.

Director of photography (Cinematographer): Responsible for the lighting and ensuring the wishes of the director are carried out in relation to the filming (angles, movement, shots)

Art director: Responsible for the sets, costume and make-up.

We have both decided to share all the roles but as we discussed our strongest and weakest points, we have balanced out what we are going to do.

I am the main actress of the opening sequence, I will also help direct and we have both shared the role of the screenwriter. According to my strengths I have been appointed as the Co-director, actress, editor, director of photography (shared with my partner) and art director (shared with my partner).

Situation

Due to some circumstances, I have had to change group as my previous partner is leaving.

I have joined Karolina and we have shared the roles, I am the main actress and predominantly the editor, although always helping in the production and directing.

 The name of our opening sequence is “Shriek”. It is derived from the opening sequence of the film “Scream “1996.
